Trust Administration

If a person passes away with a living trust in addition to his or her will, the process is much simplified (hence the need for solid estate planning before death) and is known as trust administration. Trust administration allows for greater flexibility than does probate and allows the administrator to settle the estate more expeditiously. Nevertheless, in most cases an attorney’s assistance is necessary to provide greatest efficiency.
